Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible while protecting our small business. Here’s our cancellation policy:

Standard Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made 14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Rebooking:
  • If you need to cancel your reservation but still wish to stay with us, we’ll be happy to help you rebook for a different date subject to availability to be used within 6 months.
  • If the new reservation incurs a higher rate, you will be responsible for the difference.

How to Cancel or Rebook:
  • You can cancel or rebook your reservation by phone at +256 200929995 or by email at reservations@avellinolakeside.com. Please be sure to include your confirmation number in your cancellation notice. A cancellation or rebooking is confirmed only with official communication from our property.

Important Notes:
  • This cancellation policy applies to all reservations, regardless of how they were booked (directly through us, online travel agency, etc).
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your trip.
